Scope of work.
R.R. Cassidy performs energized pole setting and receives, frames and sets transmission structures for new construction, rebuilds and grid hardening programs. Foundation, access and structure crews coordinate the installation with the owner’s operating requirements, required clearances and site conditions.
- Energized pole setting and structure replacements
- Steel monopoles, concrete poles, lattice towers and guyed structures
- Receiving, spotting and framing on the ground: arms, insulators, hardware and attachments before the set
- Setting by crane, barge crane, amphibious equipment and helicopter
- Pole setting inside energized corridors and between live conductors, under the owner's clearances
- Rebuilds and grid hardening programs on lines that stay in service
- Anchor bolt, grillage and direct-embed foundations
