Capabilities

Scope of work.

Our apparatus crews support transformer installations, breaker replacements and maintenance at operating facilities. Work is coordinated with the owner’s outage and return-to-service requirements, with testing support available from our Electrical Services team.

  • Transformer receiving, setting, dressout and oil fill
  • Bushing, radiator, gauge and fan replacement
  • Breaker installation, removal and change-outs
  • Breaker troubleshooting, fault cleanup and return to service
  • SF6 gas fill, recovery, testing and filtering with a Dilo MegaCart
  • Transformer and breaker oil sampling and testing
  • Emergency response for failed apparatus
