Safety

Our stringent drug-testing policy guarantees that each worker can have total confidence in his or her fellow workers. Field Safety Representatives from our Safety department regularly visit job sites in an effort to perform job site observations and also to provide safety training, as needed. By continually fine-tuning the skills of our employees, we provide our customers with the finest workforce available.

Training
We employ the latest in video training and interactive computer technology to keep our employees continuously updated on evolving techniques, procedures, and equipment.
We also utilize Northwest Lineman College’s (NLC) apprenticeship program for our substation apprentices. NLC (which is a Quanta Services company) is the electric power industry’s largest educational and training institution.
